Welcome to Elisa Parpinelli. By using this website and buying from our store, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges policy and Privacy Policy.

1. About us

This store is operated by E. S. PARPINELLI JOIAS LTDA, CNPJ 36.266.498/0001-86, Alameda Jaú 1717, casa 5 – Jardins Paulista, São Paulo – SP, 01420-004, Brazil (“Elisa Parpinelli”, “we”, “us”). Contact: info@elisaparpinelli.com.br.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You agree to give accurate and complete information when you create an account or place an order.

3. Our products

Our jewelry, ceramics, scarves and objects are handmade. Small variations in color, shape, texture and finish are natural and are part of each piece’s character. Pearls, stones and ceramic glazes in particular vary from piece to piece, and photos are a guide rather than an exact representation. Products are subject to availability.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We confirm it by email, and the contract is formed when we do. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If that happens after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices do not include shipping, or any import duties, customs fees and taxes charged by your country, which you are responsible for. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and your order is confirmed once payment is authorized.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide from Brazil. Shipping costs, carriers, delivery times and customs information are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Made-to-order pieces

Some pieces are made after you order. Production times are shown on the product page or confirmed by email. Once payment is confirmed, production starts immediately, so made-to-order orders cannot be cancelled. See our Made to Order page and Returns & Exchanges policy.

8. Returns, exchanges and warranty

Our rules on returns, exchanges, cancellations and warranty are set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

10. Promotions

Discount codes and offers, such as the welcome discount for newsletter subscribers, are subject to the conditions shown when the offer is made. We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time, without affecting orders already placed.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including designs, illustrations, photographs, texts, logos and product images, belongs to Elisa Parpinelli or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use it commercially without our written permission.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, introducing harmful code, or using it for unlawful purposes.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes will be submitted to the courts of the city of São Paulo, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where you live.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date above, applies to orders placed after it is posted.
