All Elisa Parpinelli pieces are handmade in Brazil and shipped from São Paulo to customers worldwide.

Where we ship

We ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and your order.

Carriers and tracking

All orders are shipped with Correios, the Brazilian postal service: international orders with Correios International, and orders within Brazil with Correios domestic services. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can follow on the Correios website.

Preparation and production times

  • Pieces in stock are prepared for dispatch within up to 7 business days.
  • Made-to-order or out-of-stock pieces are made after you order. Production typically takes between 10 days and 3 weeks, and we will email you an estimated delivery time after your order confirmation. Custom projects can take 20 to 30 days.

Production time is in addition to the time the carrier needs to deliver your order. Transit time depends on your destination.

Import duties and taxes

Shipping costs do not include import duties, customs fees or taxes. These are charged by the destination country, and the recipient is responsible for paying them. Your local postal or customs service may collect them on delivery, and in some cases additional costs may apply. Customs delays can happen and are outside our control. You may need to contact your local customs agency.

Delivery address

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and correct. We are not able to change the address once an order has shipped.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged or is delayed for an unusual period, contact us as soon as possible at info@elisaparpinelli.com.br and we will help you.
