Made to Order

All Elisa Parpinelli pieces are handmade in Brazil, so not every piece is always in stock. When a piece is made to order, you will see a note next to the product.

How long does it take?

• In-stock pieces are prepared for dispatch within up to 7 business days.
• Made-to-order or out-of-stock pieces take between 10 days and 3 weeks to make. We will email you an estimated delivery time after your order confirmation.

Production time is in addition to shipping. See our Shipping page for details.

Custom projects

We can create special pieces just for you, such as wedding bands, or earrings for unpierced ears. We would be happy to develop a unique project with you. Email us at info@elisaparpinelli.com.br to start the conversation. Custom projects can take 20 to 30 days.

Cancellations and exchanges

Because production begins as soon as payment is confirmed, made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled. Exchanges are only possible for manufacturing defects. See our Returns & Exchanges policy.
