Where do you ship?

Worldwide. Every piece is handmade in Brazil and shipped from São Paulo. International orders ship with Correios International, and you will receive a tracking number by email. See Shipping.

How long will my order take?

Pieces in stock are prepared for dispatch within up to 7 business days. Made-to-order pieces take between 10 days and 3 weeks to make, and we email you an estimated delivery time. Transit time depends on your destination.

Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?

Possibly. Shipping costs do not include import duties, customs fees or taxes charged by your country, and the recipient is responsible for them. Your local postal or customs service may collect them on delivery.

What currency are prices in?

All prices are in US dollars (USD).

How can I pay?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can pay with the methods shown at checkout.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

We do not offer exchanges or returns for international orders, except for manufacturing defects covered by our 1-year warranty. See Returns & Exchanges for the full policy and for your statutory rights.

What does “made to order” mean?

The piece is made after you order, so it takes a little longer and cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed. See Made to Order.

Can you make a custom piece?

Yes. We create custom projects such as wedding bands and earrings for unpierced ears. Email info@elisaparpinelli.com.br.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Store each piece separately on a soft surface. Keep jewelry away from water, perfumes, soaps, sweat and chemicals, and do not sleep or exercise in it. Silver tarnishes naturally, and gold-plated and pearl pieces need extra gentleness. Pearls and colored stones should only be wiped with a soft, damp cloth. We offer free cleaning and polishing for as long as you own the piece. See Returns & Exchanges.
