Cotton scarf illustrated by Elisa Parpinelli
Exclusive limited-edition piece, part of the collection "The Feminine in Greek Tragedy"
The collection named "The Feminine in Greek Tragedy" is a collaboration between designer Elisa Parpinelli and Pinga Store. The utilitarian and decorative pieces are adorned with illustrations by Elisa Parpinelli, inspired by the presence of the female figure in the theater of Ancient Greece.
The feminine takes on enormous prominence, as protagonists, in a time when cultural production was made by men for men. After all, women are present in all the tragedies and, in several, they are the true protagonists, revealing that even in an androcentric society, the question of the feminine is not simple and is not even resolved. The illustrations represent a satire of ancient Greek theater, with women as the protagonists and the only presence. Width = 55 cm. Length = 55 cm
